This is a command line tool that helps convert PDF documents into web pages.

The file “outlines.txt” will help with creating a plain text file. This tool supports monochrome as well as color JPEG, and allows you to customize the output JPEG image quality. Pictures can be adjusted to fit a frame if you need to. If you do not like the font used in the PDF document, these can be changed easily in the HTML page. Linking page numbers to appropriate sections is possible. This is a good and handy product. You have to become familiar with the options available and the effects the command line parameters produce.
